Mall of America Phase IC

MOA Phase IC is a new $325 million expansion at the existing Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. The approximate 1.1 million square foot expansion on the North side of the mall completely covers the area to the south of Lindau and extends from the water table to the FAA height limitation. A 271,000 SF three-level mall addition, a new 332 key JW Marriott luxury hotel and a 181,000 SF multi-story class “A” office building above the retail portion. Two levels of underground parking, adding a total of 545 stalls. The expansion includes a 100’ x 150’ atrium free of columns with domed skylight, a 160’ x 105’ ballroom and a suspended pool.
