Breakfast Meeting - The Synergy: Performance Based Specifications and Sustainability

The Synergy: Performance Based Specifications and Sustainability will be presented by Colin Lobo, PhD, PE (NRMCA). 

Do specifications for concrete construction cause it to be less competitive in the sustainability arena? This presentation will outline the benefits of performance specifications in progressing quality, innovation, and sustainability.  Recommendations and resources for changing current specifications will be discussed.

Registration opens at 7:00 am.  A full hot breakfast buffet will be served beginning at 7:15 am.  The presentation will begin at 8:00 am and will conclude by 9:00 am.

Cost for members to attend breakfast meetings is $25 ($20 early bird). The non-member rate is $35 ($30 early bird). PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Walk-ins may be turned away.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Attendees will be awarded a certificate of attendance for one hour. MCC is an AIA CES registered provider. In some cases, AIA credits will also be available.
