Younger Member Event

This networking event is being co-hosted by the Minnesota Concrete Council (MCC) and the Younger Members Group of the Minnesota Structural Engineers Association (MNSEA). The event is intended for younger members of both associations who are looking for opportunities to learn more about the construction industry via networking with other young professionals in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.  You don't have to be a member of either association to attend this event.  All younger professionals in the cast-in-place concrete construction industry are welcome to attend.

So, what the heck is kubb? Kubb is a Swedish lawn game possibly dating back to days of Viking conquest. It is a game played between two teams attempting to knock over the opposition’s kubbs and finally the king to win the game. While mastering kubb is difficult, learning kubb is quite easy. Players must work together, discovering improved ways to play and new strategies. Individuals talk out and learn that compromise will most benefit their team. Visit for more information about kubb.
