This presentation will be an overview of the Fox Den Project, a three building multi-family campus. The project, which is located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, was constructed using insulated concrete forms. The presentation will include an overview of how the construction included integrating insulated concrete forms with a slab over metal deck floor system. The presentation will describe how the general contract coordinated the construction schedule with other building trades. It will include the owner’s reasons for choosing insulated concrete forms as well as information on the costs of insuring the project from a builder’s risk and operational standpoint.
