MN Concrete Forum: Multi-Family ICF Construction from the Owner/Developer's Perspective

Ryan Bedford of Bedford Development will present his company’s experiences building with concrete in this one-hour presentation that will provide the developer/owner perspective on building multi-family housing projects with Insulating Concrete Forms.  Mr. Bedford will share his experiences in terms of design, construction, energy-efficiency and tenant satisfaction.   Mr. Bedford will overview his use of ICF’s and concrete for the exterior wall system at Kendal Lofts, a 42-unit project in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  (The success of that project led to additional ICF projects for Bedford Development including Walkers Landing in Milwaukee, a 115-unit project, and the recently opened Manseau Flats, a 78-unit apartment on the Fox River in Green Bay.)  In addition, Mr. Bedford will also discuss his latest projects in Wisconsin and Florida, where he intends to continue using concrete as the structural system.
