Woodley Street Reconstruction

 

This project was a full reconstruction of a multi-jurisdictional road segment utilizing Municipal, County, State and Federal Funds.  The City of Northfield and Rice County were awarded Federal Funds from the Surface Transportation Program (STP) for a concrete white-topping/unbonded overlay project.  After additional investigation into the condition of the underlying existing utilities, the scope of the project was changed to a complete reconstruction project scheduled for the 2017 construction season.
